Sarv Samarthan Foundation

We operate out of A-1004 in the Daffodils building within Magarpatta City. Being in Hadapsar means we are surrounded by a lot of tech parks and big buildings, but our office feels quite different. It’s up on the tenth floor, so we can see quite a bit of Pune from up here. We have a few computers and a large table where we all sit together to work. It isn't a huge team, so we usually know what everyone is working on. The building has good security, which is nice. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets or talking to people on the phone. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the Magarpatta grounds just to get some fresh air. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a small bookshelf with some reference materials and a lot of binders. We try to keep things tidy, but when we are busy, papers end up everywhere. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that. You just come straight into the workspace. We usually bring our own tiffins for lunch and eat together. It's a quiet place to get things done. We've been here for a bit and have gotten used to the rhythm of the city around us. It’s a good spot for us to stay focused. Sometimes the elevators take a while during the lunch rush, so we just plan our day around that. We don't have a lot of visitors, but we're always here.
