Sarthak Builder

Sarthak Builder is based out of Pune, right in the heart of the old city area called Kasba Peth. We are located at 274, in the Amey Apartment building. If you know Pune at all, you know that Kasba Peth has a lot of history and the streets can be quite narrow and winding. It’s a very traditional part of town, which we actually quite like. Our office in Amey Apartment is where we handle the planning and the day-to-day stuff for our building projects. It’s not a huge office, just enough room for our team to sit down and go over blueprints or talk to folks. The 411011 zip code is right in the middle of everything. Living and working in this part of Pune means you get used to the noise of the local markets and the people walking by all the time. We aren’t far from the main hubs, but we are tucked away enough to get some work done. It’s a practical setup. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over what needs to be built or fixed. The building itself is easy to find once you get into the lane. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time, and most of the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s just a normal workplace for a group of people trying to do their jobs without any extra fuss or ceremony.
