Saraswati Graphics

Saraswati Graphics is located at Survey No. 841 in Sadashiv Peth, right near the Rajaram Mandal. If you know Pune, you know how these lanes are. They are narrow and always full of scooters and people rushing around. Our shop is just like many others around here, not too big and always smelling a bit like ink and paper. We’ve got some old wooden chairs and a couple of computers that have seen better days, but they do the job. The light coming through the front door is about the only way we tell the time without looking at the clock. It gets quite loud when the Rajaram Mandal has an event, and we often find ourselves just stepping out to see what’s happening before getting back to the work on the screens. The walls have some old posters stuck to them, and there is usually a stack of paper waiting to be cut or moved. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people walk in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the daily routine of design and printing. It’s nothing fancy, just a regular spot in the heart of the city where we spend our hours. Sometimes the power goes out or the printer jams, and we just deal with it and move on. There is usually a stray cat that hangs around the entrance too.
