Sapurji Pallonji Co Ltd

Our small office for Sapurji Pallonji Co Ltd is over in Pune, specifically in Hingane Khurd. We are located in Ankita Apt, Building 3, in Flat 6. It’s a regular residential building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We’ve got desks in the different rooms and a small kitchen where we make tea during the breaks. Working out of a flat means we are right in the middle of a normal neighborhood. You can hear the kids playing outside and the neighbors going about their day. It’s a bit different from those big glass offices in the city center, but it suits us just fine. We handle the local paperwork and coordination from here. There is always a lot to do with all the construction and planning going on in Pune. Sometimes the living room gets filled up with samples and site maps. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. People usually find us because they have business with us specifically. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team comes in for a meeting, but we manage. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just need a place to sit and get the work done. Hingane Khurd is a decent area and being in Building 3 has worked out well for us over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with the tasks.
