Sapre Builders, Pune is actually operating out of Osmanabad for this part of the work. You can find us at Shahikant Ramrao Kulkarni’s place in Trikoli, which is in the Omerge Taluka. It is a very different vibe from the big city of Pune. Out here in the district, things move a bit slower but the work is just as tough. We spend a lot of time out in the dust and the sun, checking on how the building is coming along. The office is more of a base of operations than a place where people sit around in suits. It’s simple, with just the basic stuff we need to keep the records straight. We don't have a marketing department, so we just tell it like it is. Being in Trikoli means we know everyone around and people know us by name. It’s a local way of doing business. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough, and getting supplies can take some time, but we manage. We focus on the practical side of things. There are no fancy speeches or polished presentations here. We just look at the site, figure out what needs to happen, and try to get it done before the day is over. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. That’s just the way life goes for us in Osmanabad.
