We are situated at plot 85 in the B. U. Bhandari Industrial Estate. This is out in Sanaswadi, which is quite a bit away from the main Pune city. We are just off the Nagar Road, near the big John Deere plant. It’s a busy industrial corridor, and you see a lot of heavy vehicles moving through here day and night. Our facility is where we handle various parts and manufacturing tasks. It’s a practical setup with a lot of heavy shelving and workbenches. The air is often filled with the sound of tools and the hum of the factory floor. We have a decent-sized team here, and most of us have been in the industry for a long time. We don't really go in for fancy office perks or anything like that. The focus is always on the parts we are making. We have our daily meetings on the shop floor rather than in a boardroom. It’s a bit noisy and it can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we are used to it. The estate itself is quite large, and we have good relations with the other businesses nearby. Sometimes we help each other out with tools or advice. We don't spend money on big signs or glossy brochures. We just do our work, pack the crates, and get them out the door. It’s a solid routine that works for us.
