We are based in Pune at the Gajanan Sushant Apartment. Our office is 302C, right near the Bharat Jyoti stop in the Bibwewadi area. Santek Equipments Pvt.Ltd. deals with various types of industrial equipment. It is not the kind of place with shiny floors or glass walls. It is a practical office where we handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We have been here for quite some time now and the building has become very familiar to us. We know all the other shop owners and residents in the block. The atmosphere is very local and relaxed. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just supply equipment to those who need it. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time, so we are more like a family than a company. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and discuss what needs to be done for the next day. Sometimes the office gets really crowded when a new shipment of parts arrives. We just stack things where we can find room. It is a bit cramped but we make it work. Being near the bus stop is handy for our workers. We don't have a big sign outside. Most people find us because they have been told where we are by someone else. That is how we have always operated.
