Sankram Foundation

We are located out in Pune, specifically in the Pimple Nilakh area. If you are looking for us, we are in the Nandanvan building, which is part of the A2 block. We are in flat 102. It’s a growing part of town, with new buildings popping up all the time, but our corner still feels a bit more settled. The office is basically just a regular apartment that we use for the foundation's work. It’s got a kitchen, a bathroom, and a couple of rooms where we have our desks set up. We don't have any big signs out on the street, so you really have to know where you are going. Inside, it’s usually pretty quiet unless we have a few people over for a meeting. We have some old shelves filled with books and files that we’ve collected over the years. Sometimes the parking in the complex is a bit of a nightmare, especially in the evenings when everyone gets home from work. We usually start our day around nine and stay until the work is finished, which varies. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. There’s a bit of dust on the top shelves and the curtains are a bit faded, but it serves its purpose. We just sit here, drink our chai, and try to make progress on our projects. It’s a steady kind of work. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and keep things moving as best as we can without any major corporate overhead.
