Sanket Constructions .

We are located at 134/2 Bhagyashree Apartments. It’s in Shinde Ali, right in the heart of Shukrawar Peth in Pune. If you know the area, you know it’s one of those old-school neighborhoods with narrow streets and lots of history. The apartment serves as our office for Sanket Constructions. It’s not very big, but it fits our needs for now. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. The traffic in Peth areas can be really tight, so we usually tell people to come early or late. We spend our days managing various construction sites across the city. There’s always someone coming in or going out, usually covered in a bit of dust from a site visit. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is pretty much the fuel for this office. The building itself is a bit older, which fits the vibe of the neighborhood. We don’t have fancy glass walls or a reception desk. It’s just us working through the paperwork and site updates. Pune is growing fast, and being in a central spot like Shukrawar Peth keeps us connected to the older parts of town while we work on newer projects. It’s a simple setup, but we’ve managed to get a lot of work done from this little apartment over the years. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized amid all the blueprints.
