If you head down the Chakan Shikrapur Road, you’ll find us at Gat No. 1093/1 and 2 in Karandi. Sankalp Forge Pvt. Ltd. is basically a lot of heat, metal, and hard work. Being out here in Taluka Shirur means we’re away from the main city buzz, which suits the kind of heavy work we do every single day. It’s noisy and hot in the workshop, but that’s what forging is all about. We’ve got the hammers and the furnaces running most of the time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s essential for the industries we serve. We make parts that end up in machines most people never even think about. The team here is used to the soot and the heavy lifting. We don’t have a fancy reception area with soft chairs or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just the smell of grease and the sound of metal hitting metal. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow up around us. Logistics can be a bit of a pain with the trucks coming and going on the dusty road, but we manage. People come to us when they need something solid and made right. We don’t do a lot of talking; we just focus on the orders we have on the floor. It’s a lot of physical labor and making sure the dimensions are exactly what they need to be.
