You can find us at Mahalaxmi Complex, specifically in unit 2A/207. We are right opposite the D Mart on the Pune-Satara Road in Bibwewadi. That D Mart makes it very easy to explain where we are, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour. Our office is up on the second floor, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level. We do a lot of sales and service work from here, mostly handling requests that come in from people around the Bibwewadi area. The complex is always busy with people coming and going to different shops and offices. Inside our place, it’s mostly just shelves and desks. We have been here long enough that we know the other shopkeepers in the building quite well. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don’t really go for a fancy look; it is more about having enough space to store parts and get the work done. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. Being on Pune-Satara Road means we are right in the thick of things. We usually have a tea break in the afternoon when things calm down a little. It’s an honest day’s work for us, dealing with whatever repairs or orders come through the door. We just try to keep things moving and help out whoever stops by the complex.
