We've been operating out of Savitri Palace for a while now. It's tucked away near Savitri Nagar, just off that busy Sinhagad Road in Hingne Khurd. Pune gets crowded, but this spot works for us. Our office is at A-3. We handle development projects around here. It's mostly local work. People stop by when they're in the neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just a place where we get things done. Building things takes time and we try to keep it straightforward. Some days the traffic on Sinhagad Road is a mess, so we usually get in early. Being in Hingne Khurd means we know the local area quite well. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of branches. It’s just us here in the palace building. Most of our days are spent looking at plans or talking to contractors. New buildings are going up everywhere and we just keep doing our part. If you’re looking for A-3, it’s not hard to find once you get off the main road. We’ve got desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper. That’s how we work. No big secrets. We just focus on the sites we have under construction. The weather in Pune can be all over the place, but we stay busy. We've got some old maps of Hingne Khurd pinned up. We know the chai wallah around the corner. He makes a good cup. Our work isn't always glamorous. A lot of it is just checking numbers. Sometimes a pen and paper are better for sketching an idea.
