Sanjeevan Ayurved The Medi Spa

Prabhat Road is one of the nicer, quieter parts of Pune, and that’s where we are. Our place is on the ground floor of Vinayak Apartment in Lane Number 10. If you find Hotel Swaroop, you are pretty much there. We call it a medi-spa, but really, it’s about traditional Ayurvedic ways. The air usually smells like herbal oils and incense. We don't have the flashy lights of a modern gym or a big city spa. It’s more laid back and earthy. People come here to get away from the stress of the city for an hour or two. We do the massages and the treatments using old methods. It’s not a fast process. You have to be patient. The rooms are simple and kept clean. We see a lot of regulars who live nearby on Prabhat Road or come from the Deccan area. It’s a quiet business. We don't do much shouting about what we do. People just find out through word of mouth. The staff has been with us for years. They know the routines by heart. Sometimes the lane gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s Pune for you. We just focus on the treatments and making sure there’s enough oil and herbs ready. It’s a steady, calm rhythm every day. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a place for Ayurveda that fits into the neighborhood’s quiet vibe.
