About Sangram Patil – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Pune
I’ve been based here in Erandwane at 239/1 for a good while. It’s a quiet enough corner, and I’ve found it’s a good place to get things done. Being Sangram Patil, I usually handle most of the work myself. It's not a big operation with a reception desk or a bunch of phones ringing at once. It’s more of a personal setup where I can focus. The Erandwane area has its own rhythm, and I’ve grown used to the neighbors and the way the light hits the office in the morning. I didn't want a big office in a glass building; this feels more real. Sometimes the door sticks a bit when it's raining, but you get used to those little things. I spend a lot of my time right here at the desk. People who come by usually know me by name. I don't go in for big signs or loud colors. Just a simple nameplate is enough. It's about doing the work and staying steady. There are days when it’s quite busy and other days where I can actually take a proper lunch break without rushing. I like that balance. Being at 239/1 means I'm close enough to everything I need but tucked away enough to stay focused. It’s just a regular local spot where I do my thing every day and try to keep things moving forward.
