Rallis India Ltd.

We are based in Pune, specifically at Kapil Towers on Dr. Ambedkar Road. Our office is on the first floor of the A wing. Being near Sangam Bridge means it gets quite crowded around here, especially during the morning rush hour. Rallis India Ltd. has been around for a long time, but our daily life in this office is pretty standard. We’ve got desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork to deal with. It’s not like a factory floor; it’s more about meetings and phone calls. The view from the window isn't much, just the busy street and people rushing to work. We have a small pantry where we get our coffee and chat about the weekend. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we just take the stairs since it's only the first floor. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep things relaxed among the staff. We don't use a lot of big words or have those fancy corporate retreats you hear about. We just come in, do our tasks, and go home. Pune is a nice city, though the traffic near the bridge can be a real headache some days. We’ve been at this address for a while, and it’s become a familiar routine for all of us. There’s always someone coming or going. It’s just a regular workplace where people try to do their best with what they have.
