We've been based out of Flat No.C3-301 in the Empire Estate complex for quite some time now. If you know Chinchwad, you know how the traffic can get around Pune, but being here in 411 019 works out for us. It’s not a fancy glass office tower or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we handle the day-to-day operations for Sandvik Asia Ltd. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phones don't stop ringing. We mostly focus on our local tasks and keeping things organized for the teams. Most of the folks working here have been around the neighborhood for years. We see the same faces at the local tea stalls during breaks. It’s a busy part of the city, right there on the main stretch. We don’t really go in for big speeches about what we do. We just show up, get the work done, and go home. Usually, someone brings in snacks for the afternoon, which helps. It feels more like a regular workplace than a big corporate hub. The building itself has its quirks, like any other place in Empire Estate. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s just how things are here in Pune. We are just part of the local landscape, doing our bit without too much fuss or noise about it.
