Sandvik Asia Limited

Our office is tucked away in Akurdi, over at Sita Residency Phase 2. We are in Flat C 14. If you know Shrikrishna Nagar, you know it’s a decent area of Pune, not too loud but close enough to the action. We’ve been operating out of this flat for some time. It’s not your typical corporate building with a big lobby. It’s just where we set up our desks and get the job done. Every morning, the sun hits the balcony, and we start sorting through what needs doing. We handle the local stuff for Sandvik Asia Limited from here. There isn't much to say about the decor because it’s mostly just files, computers, and a few chairs. We prefer it that way because it keeps us focused on the work instead of worrying about how things look to outsiders. Sometimes it gets a little crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. We try to keep things quiet and professional, but it definitely feels like a local operation. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share in the afternoon. We don’t have fancy meetings with projectors; we just talk across the room. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it suits the pace of life here in Akurdi. Just regular people doing their jobs day in and day out without making any fuss about it.
