Sana Constructions

Sana Constructions is located over in Rahatani, near the Tiwari Compound. We’re in Purender Colony, which is a busy little pocket of Pune, specifically the Kalewadi Pimpri area. It’s a good spot for us because there is always something being built or renovated nearby. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, just focusing on the local projects that come our way. The office is pretty basic, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. Pune is growing fast, and being in Pimpri-Chinchwad means we see a lot of that growth first-hand. We spend most of our time out on the ground, making sure the work is actually happening. It’s a lot of running around, talking to workers, and making sure we have enough sand and bricks. Sometimes the traffic in Kalewadi makes things slow, but that’s just life in Pune-17. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around just by people seeing our name on a site. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we aren’t all related. We just want to get the job finished so we can start the next one. People know where to find us if they need something done. We are just a few blocks away from the main road, tucked into the colony. It’s where we do our work and keep our tools and wait for the rain to stop so we can work.
