Our office is in Bopodi, over in the Ragunath Apartment building. We are at flat number six. It’s a small, quiet space for Samson Freight Pvt Ltd. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who handle the logistics and freight paperwork. Pune is a busy city, and Bopodi is a good central spot for us to operate from. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. We spend most of our time coordinating with transporters and checking on delivery statuses. There are no big speeches or marketing plans here. We just get to work every morning and see what needs to be moved. Sometimes the apartment building is a bit hard to find for new people, but once you know where it is, it’s easy. We’ve been here for a good number of years. We know the other tenants in the building and the local shops nearby. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just freight moving from one place to another. We keep a pot of tea going and work through the logs. It’s honest, steady work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed, but that’s just part of the job.
