Samruddhi Industries

We are located out at Shive Depo talaj Gaon 36/40. Samruddhi Industries is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s an industrial setup, so there is always some noise from the machines running in the background. We’ve been at this location for a good few years now. The area around here is mostly other small workshops and depots. We get started pretty early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. Most of our work involves making parts and handling raw materials. It’s greasy work, and our hands are usually dirty by noon. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the back where the actual work happens. We keep a small kettle for making tea for the crew. It’s a small team, mostly people from the nearby villages. We know everyone’s name here. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, but we usually find something else to clean or fix. We don't really do much online stuff or big posters. Word travels fast in the gaon anyway. People know where we are if they need something made. We just try to get the orders done on time so we can go home to our families. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. The road to the depo is a bit bumpy, but you get used to it after driving it every single day.
