Samruddhi Developers

Down here at Samruddhi Developers, we spend our days at the office in Dighi Hills. It’s located over at the Army Institute of Technology, specifically at Qtr.Iii/6. Being up here in Pune means the weather is usually decent, though the hills can get a bit windy sometimes. We are mostly focused on the local building projects around this side of town. It is not like those giant corporate offices you see in the city center with glass walls and receptionists. Our space is more functional. There’s usually a lot of blueprints lying around and someone is always on the phone with a contractor about a late delivery of sand or gravel. We have been part of the Maharashtra landscape for a bit now, just trying to get the work done. Dighi is a bit out of the main rush, which is nice because you can actually think. You see a lot of army folks around here, which keeps the area quite disciplined. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just building what needs to be built. Some days are slow when the rain hits hard, and other days everyone is rushing to finish a wall or a roof. It’s practical work. We mostly just deal with people who live around here or want to move to this part of Pune. It’s a quiet life but we like the honesty of the bricks and mortar.
