Samrat Constructions

Samrat Constructions is located over in the Swargate area, specifically in the Vastunirman Society, Sector 22. It’s 39/2/6 if you’re looking for the exact door. We’ve been working out of this office for a long time. It’s a bit cramped with all the maps and files we have lying around on the desks, but it works for us. We handle various construction tasks, mostly residential stuff for people in the neighborhood. We don't use big words or try to act like we're some multinational corporation. We’re just a local business. Some mornings we start really early to beat the traffic near Swargate because it can get pretty bad. We have a few regular guys who do the masonry and the electrical work. We’ve known them for years. If a wall needs fixing or a whole house needs to go up, we just get the materials and start. We don't have a website with fancy photos or anything. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and saw us working on another house down the street. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s how we’ve always done it. Sometimes the supplies are late or the weather is bad, so we just adjust and keep going. We like being in Sector 22. It feels like home to us, and we know most of the people who live in the society.
