Samarth Art

Samarth Art is situated right near Katariya Hospital on Nagar Road in the Yerwada area of Pune. It’s a busy spot because of the highway traffic and the hospital nearby, so there is always a lot of dust and noise coming in from the main road. Our shop is a bit small, and we’ve got art supplies and half-finished projects scattered around on most days. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a showroom. We have some old shelves that are probably due for a cleaning, and the floor usually has some scraps of material on it. We’ve been here for a while now, watching the traffic on Nagar Road grow heavier every year. Sometimes we sit outside on the stools when the weather is decent, just to get a break from the smell of the paint and glue inside. It’s a practical workspace where we just focus on getting things done. If you come by, you might find us in the middle of a big project with stuff spread out everywhere. We don’t really have a set schedule for when things look neat. It’s just us, working through the pile of orders and trying to keep up with the pace of Yerwada. It’s a bit loud and messy, but it’s our space and we’re used to the chaos of the road. We usually stay until the evening rush starts to settle down.
