We’re located up on the fourth floor of the Muktai building in Kothrud, Pune. If you know where Shantiban is, we’re right near there. It’s a decent area, though finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge some days. Inside the office, it's mostly just us working through project details and consulting with folks who need a bit of guidance on their builds or business plans. We’ve been in this part of Pune for some time now. The address is a bit long to write out, but it's basically just S.No.51/1+2 for those who need the specifics. We aren't much for fancy decorations or anything like that. We have our desks, our charts, and usually some coffee going. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is working on. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the drawings and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't try to sound like those big firms you see in the city center. We just do our consulting work and try to give people honest advice. People stop by Fl-A/404 when they have questions about how to get their projects moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started here. It feels like home to us. Just a regular bunch of people doing their jobs in Kothrud. We don't overcomplicate things; we just look at the facts and go from there.
