Our office is up on the second floor of the Sharwasti building in Kondhwa. It’s a housing society on NIBM Road, so it’s more of a quiet, residential vibe than a big glass tower. We handle contracting work from here. Usually, the desk is covered in papers and site plans because there’s always a project on the go. Pune is a big city, but Kondhwa feels like its own little world sometimes. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. It’s just a small team here, mostly focused on getting the construction details right. We don't do much in the way of big announcements or fancy ads. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our jobs around town. It can get pretty busy during the peak season. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but A2-201 is where we come back to sort everything out. The stairs up to the second floor keep us fit, I guess. It’s a modest place, but it serves us well. We just try to stay honest and keep the projects moving forward. Sometimes things get delayed with weather or materials, but that’s just the nature of building things. We’re just a local crew doing our best with what we have. There is no secret formula to it. We just show up and try to make sure everything gets built the way it was supposed to.
