Saivenkata Constructions

Saivenkata Constructions is based out of Pune. You can find us at Flat No.41 in the Lambodhar Co Op Housing Society. It's right near the Kasbaganpati Mandir in 155 Kasba Peth. It’s a busy part of the city. Being 411011 means we are right in the thick of things. Our office isn't very big, just a flat really, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time out at sites, but this is where the planning happens. Dealing with construction in Pune has its challenges with the narrow streets and all. Sometimes it's hard to find parking near the Mandir when we have meetings. We've been running Saivenkata Constructions from this society for some time. It's a local operation. We don't have fancy brochures or corporate talk. We just talk to people about their houses or whatever they need built. Usually, there’s a lot of talk about materials and costs sitting around the table here. It's a family-style environment. We know the neighbors and the people at the temple. If someone needs us, they usually just drop by the flat. We don't use much technology, mostly just notebooks and phones. We keep things simple because that's what works for us. It’s just us doing the construction work day in and day out from Kasba Peth. Nothing more to it than that. We just show up and do the work.
