We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks of record-keeping and helping people with their small deposits. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it is in this area. We know everyone by their faces, even if we sometimes forget a name for a second. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice for working. We try to keep things organized, but there's always a lot of paper moving around. It’s honest work, and we like being right here in the middle of Palashi. We aren't a big corporation with offices in the city. We’re just local folks working in Gut No. 380, making sure things are handled right for the people who live nearby and use the bus stand every day. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need and for the people who visit us.
