If you are heading down Pashan-Sus Road in Pune, you’ll find us over at the Sai Vihar Residency. Specifically, we are at E-19. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it doesn’t feel like those big cold office buildings you see in the city center. Arvind Raina is the name on the door here for Saint Gobain Weber Ltd. The 411021 area is actually quite nice once you get settled in. We spend most of our time at our desks just getting through the logs and the various requests that come in through the week. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a regular kettle and some chairs that have seen better days. The road outside can get a bit congested during peak hours, but that’s Pune for you. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the work that needs finishing. No one here really cares for big titles or formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be sorted out. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Most people who visit us are surprised at how quiet it is inside compared to the street. We just keep our heads down, do the filing, and make sure the business side of things is taken care of properly every single day. That's really all there is to our daily routine here.
