Saint Gobain Sekurit India Limited

We’re over at T-94 in the Bhosari Industrial Area. It’s a big space and we’ve been here for a long time. People around Pune know the area well, it’s always busy with trucks moving in and out. At Saint Gobain Sekurit, we mostly deal with glass. It's what goes into cars and different vehicles. The floor is always moving, and there’s always something being loaded onto a pallet. We have a lot of people working shifts here. It’s not a quiet place. You hear the machines and the glass clinking all day. We just focus on making sure the glass is cut right and tempered the way it needs to be. It's a lot of heat and heavy lifting. We don’t really do the fancy office talk. Most of us are out on the floor or in the warehouse checking the stock. The building itself is just a standard industrial shed, nothing fancy. We’ve seen the Bhosari area change a lot over the years, more buildings going up, more traffic. But we’ve stayed right here at T-94. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the orders, especially when things get busy during the season. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the glass work, and go home. It’s a steady job and we take it one day at a time because that's the only way to get it done.
