If you're looking for our shop, we're located at 966 1 Raviwar Peth. You have to go up to Level 6 of the A C Market. We're pretty close to where the Davat Restaurant is, which is a good landmark if you're lost. It can be a bit tricky to find us the first time if you aren't used to how this building is laid out. We sell all kinds of tools and hardware parts. It’s a lot of heavy metal and greasy stuff. The shop usually smells like a mix of oil and iron, which is just how a hardware store should be. We spend our days counting out bolts and checking specific sizes for customers who come in. Raviwar Peth is always packed with people and vehicles, so getting our deliveries in and out can be a real headache sometimes. We've been doing this for a long time now. Our shelves are packed high, almost touching the ceiling, so we use a wooden ladder a lot. It’s definitely not a shiny new store with bright lights. It’s a place where real work gets done. Most of our customers are local builders or people trying to fix things at their own homes. We know most of them by their first names. We don't use any fancy computer systems for every little thing. A lot of our records are still written down by hand in a big ledger because it’s just easier for us to track. We keep the shop open late most nights because that's when people need things. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving boxes around and keeping everything in order.
