Our place is over in Vishrantwadi, specifically in the Jagannath Society on Kalas Road. It's a flat turned into an office, so it feels pretty lived-in. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us sitting at desks with our computers, trying to figure out solutions for our clients. Pune is a busy city and the traffic outside our window is always moving. We do a lot of paperwork and technical planning here. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We started this because we knew how to handle the consulting side of things and wanted to do it on our own terms. It’s not always glamorous. There are days when we are just staring at spreadsheets or talking on the phone for hours. We try to keep things straightforward. If something isn't going to work, we just say so. Being in a residential society means it’s quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock on the door at Survey No.: 125, Flat No. B-4, one of us will just get up and open it. It's a practical way to run things. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it suits us just fine.
