Sai Venkata Constructions

Our base for Sai Venkata Constructions is over at Yashwant Vihar on the Katraj Kondhwa Road. We are up on the second floor in Flat No 8. Pune is a city that never seems to stop building, so there is always a lot of activity around us. Being located right on the Katraj Kondhwa stretch means we are close to many of the sites we manage. The office is essentially a home that we turned into a workspace, so it has a lived-in feel to it. You’ll usually find rolls of drawings and site reports piled up on the dining table we use for meetings. It’s a busy place and things can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project. We spend a lot of our time out on the field, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. We are a small team and we don't really have time for corporate stuff. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. If you stop by, you might find us drinking tea and discussing the price of cement or sand. It’s practical work and we’ve been doing it in this part of Pune for a long time. People around here know where to find us if they have a project in mind. We just take things one day at a time.
