We are over in Bopodi, right next to the railway crossing at Sawant Nagari Society. It’s A11 if you’re looking for the door. Pune is a busy city, and being near the tracks means we hear the trains go by all day long. You get used to the sound after a week or two. Sai Moti Developers is just a small local team. We spend most of our time at the office or out at sites. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some tables, a few computers, and lots of paper. We started here because the location made sense for the work we do. It’s easy to find once you see the railway crossing. Sometimes the traffic gets backed up there, which gives people a chance to see our sign. We don't do much advertising. Most people hear about us from someone else in Pune. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve got some files stacked up and some maps on the walls. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just try to get the jobs done without making a big fuss about it. We aren't some high-rise office with a view. Just a regular ground-floor spot in Sawant Nagari. That’s about it for us. We're just local people working in the neighborhood. We make do with what we have and keep moving forward.
