Started this small spot in Raviwar Peth a while back. We mostly handle traditional turbans and headgear. It’s always busy here in Kusai Market, especially during wedding seasons or festivals. People come to us from Karve Nagar or even further because they know we’ve been here in Everest Chambers for some time now. We sit in Kapad Ganj, right near Badhai Ali, which is a tight area with lots of shops. Our work is mostly by hand. Tying a feta takes time and a bit of practice. We don't have a huge staff or anything fancy. Just some tables and a lot of fabric. Sometimes it gets dusty because of the road, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We see all kinds of customers. Some want something simple for a family function, others want something very colorful. We just do what they ask. It’s a local business, nothing corporate about it. If you’re looking for us, we’re easy to find if you know the landmark. The shop isn't big, but we keep everything organized the best we can. Sometimes we’re running behind when there are too many orders at once. That's life in the market. We just keep moving and trying to get things done on time. It's a lot of fabric and pins every single day. My hands get tired but it's what we do here.
