Nasir Dafedar manages the day-to-day operations here at Flat 58 in the Nirmal Complex. We are located in Mithanagar, which is part of the Kondhwa area in Pune-48. It’s a busy residential complex, and our office is just one of the flats there. We focus on estate development, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to people about property. It’s not always a fast process. There’s a lot of waiting around for papers to get signed and checking on different sites. We aren't one of those big developers with a glass building and people in suits. We are just a local team working out of a regular apartment. We’ve been in Kondhwa for a long time and know the streets pretty well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to see how the work is progressing. The office is usually full of maps and old files. We don’t go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Word of mouth is how most people hear about what we are doing. We just try to be fair and keep things moving forward. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy, but we sit down and sort it out eventually. It’s just a normal business trying to help build things in our corner of Pune. We aren't anything fancy, just people working in real estate who know the local area.
