P.B. Kapadi runs things from Flat Number 8 over in Gurunank Apartments. We are tucked inside the Sai Raj Residency in Pimple Gurav, which is pretty close to Krishna Chawk in Pune-27. It’s a handy location because most of our projects are nearby. The office is basically a flat that we converted so we could have a place to store our tools and meet up in the mornings. It’s not very fancy, just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of folders. We do the kind of work that requires being on your feet and getting your hands dirty. Building and erecting stuff isn't always easy, but we’ve got the hang of it after all these years. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of layers. You just talk to us directly. Usually, we are out at a site by 8 AM and don't get back until late. It's a small team, mostly friends and family who know the business. We don't bother with polished brochures or marketing. People usually find us through someone else who knows our work. We just try to be reliable and get the structures finished on time. Krishna Chawk is a busy landmark, so it's easy to tell people where to find us if they need to drop off some paperwork. It’s just a regular local shop doing its thing, and we plan to stay here for a while.
