Our spot is in Pimple Nilakh, right opposite Vilasrao Nandgude S. It’s a busy little corner of Pune 411027. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to erecting structures and getting things built. The office is really just a base for us to keep our equipment and handle the billing. Most of the real action happens out on the dusty construction sites. We’ve been working in this part of Pune for a long time. The roads around here have changed a lot since we started. We aren't the type of people who wear suits or sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Our clothes usually have a bit of dirt on them by the end of the shift. It’s a small crew, mostly guys who have been with us from the start. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the plans and put the metal and concrete where they belong. It’s repetitive work sometimes, but it’s what we know. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or the supplies are late, but we find a way to make it work. If you’re looking for us, you can’t miss the place across from the school. We aren't big on advertising; we just let the work speak for itself. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it keeps us busy. We just keep going one day at a time, making sure things are done right.
