Sai Erectors

We work out of Flat Number 8 in Gurunank Apartments, which is part of the Sai Raj Residency. We are located in Pimple Gurav, right in the area of Pune 27. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. Our work involves a lot of technical assembly and putting things together on site. We spend most of our time out at different projects across the city, but this is where we come back to do the planning. The living room serves as our main workspace. There are always blueprints spread out on the table and the phone ringing. My partner and I started this because we knew the trade well. It’s not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know how to handle the tools and get the structures up. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking chai and looking over some drawings. Sometimes the neighbors complain about us being busy, but mostly everyone is friendly. We just focus on the physical work and making sure things stay standing. It’s honest labor and we’ve been at it for years in this neighborhood. Pune is growing fast, so there’s always something to do, and we just keep our heads down and work.
