Sai Constructions

Sai Constructions is located in Talegaon Dabhade, within the Maval Taluka of Pune district. Our address is number 55 in Kadolkar Colony, right across from the Lions Club. This area has been our home base for many years. Talegaon is a place that is developing quickly, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is a simple building where we keep our files and meet with contractors. We are not a large firm with a lot of departments. It is just a handful of us who manage the daily tasks. We do everything from small repairs to larger building jobs around the district. We don't use any marketing language to try and sound better than we are. We are just local builders who know the ground reality of working in Maharashtra. Sometimes we have issues with getting materials on time or the labor doesn't show up, but we find ways to manage. The office is usually cluttered with tile samples and plumbing fixtures. We talk to our clients in a normal way, without any corporate jargon. People in Kadolkar Colony see us coming and going every day. We are just a part of the local community here. We take the work as it comes and try to finish it properly. It is a practical business run by people who live and work in the same neighborhood.
