Sai Construction Group

Our office for Sai Construction Group is located in Kothrud, Pune. We are in Pancharatna Towers at room 206, which is right across from Tejas Society. Kothrud has grown so much over the last decade, and we have seen many changes in the streets and buildings around here. We are a local team that handles various construction projects in the city. We don't have a big corporate office with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we keep our maps, bills, and samples of materials. Most days, we are out at the sites making sure things are moving along. The traffic in Pune can be quite a headache, so we spend a lot of time on our bikes or in the car. We are not into big talk or marketing. We just speak like normal people do. If someone needs a wall built or a house extended, they come and talk to us. We tell them what is possible and what is not. We use local suppliers for our sand and cement because it is easier that way. Sometimes we have to work late to get things finished before the monsoon hits. It is hard work, but we are used to it. We have built a lot of relationships with people in the neighborhood over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
