If you’re looking for Sahil Resorts & Spa India Ltd, you won’t find us out in the woods somewhere with a swimming pool right outside the door. Our main administrative spot is actually in Kothrud, specifically behind the Kothrud Bus Depot. We are in the Chondhe Building, tucked away on the second floor in Flat No-2. Mokate Nagar is a pretty busy little pocket of Pune. Being near Paud Road means there is always something going on, but our office stays fairly steady. We handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff here, like bookings and planning out the resort side of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules on the computer. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with brochures and folders from our different projects. It’s a bit of a trek to the bus depot, but it makes it easy for the staff to get to work. We don't really have a big fancy sign outside. It’s more of a place where we do the heavy lifting so the guests at the actual resorts can have a good time. Sometimes the internet acts up or the traffic on Paud Road makes someone late, but we just roll with it. It’s a decent place to work from, and we’ve been in this building for a while now. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters where everyone has to wear a suit.
