We are based in Pune. It's a big, fast city, and we are just one part of the industrial side of things here. We have a few different things going on under the Sahil Group name. It all started out pretty small, just a couple of us in a rented space, and then it grew bit by bit over time. Now we have more people and more equipment than we used to. The traffic in Pune is a real headache most days, but we make it work. Most of our time is spent looking at schedules and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s noisy in the back where the work happens, but the office part is quiet enough for coffee. We don't bother with fancy decor or anything like that. Just desks, chairs, and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We deal with other businesses mostly. They call us up, ask for a quote, and we see what we can do for them. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone. Pune has a lot of energy, and we try our best to keep up with it. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big order that needs to go out. There’s a decent dhabha down the road where we grab our lunch. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. We’re still here doing our thing every single day.
