This is a residential housing society in the Pune-44 area. It’s a very planned and quiet neighborhood. Unlike the city center, there’s plenty of trees and the roads are wide. Our office is basically part of the housing complex. It feels very personal and local. We don’t have a big glass front or a security guard at the door. It’s just a regular door in a regular residential building. Inside, we have our tables set up and a few chairs for visitors. Most people who come here are neighbors or people living nearby in Nigdi. It’s a very calm place to work. We can hear the kids playing outside in the evenings. Our daily tasks involve a lot of record-keeping and talking to people about their savings or documents. We don’t use a lot of fancy software; it’s mostly manual work and simple computer entries. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. It’s a very grounded, practical environment. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It is just a local office serving the people in this specific corner of Pune. We've been here for a long time and the building hasn't changed.
