Sagar Enterprises Chinchwad

Our place is located in Chinchwad East, inside the Parmar Industrial Complex. We are at Gala No 43, which is part of the 142/1 section of the building. Sagar Enterprises Chinchwad has been running out of this unit for a few years now. It’s a typical industrial estate setup with lots of other workshops nearby, so there’s always the sound of welding or grinding coming from somewhere. Our unit isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We have some heavy shelving units that go all the way to the ceiling to hold our supplies. The floor is usually covered in some sawdust or metal shavings depending on what we worked on that morning. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see one of us at the back working or sitting at the small wooden desk near the shutter. The air in the complex can get a bit heavy during the monsoon when everything is damp. We mostly deal with other businesses in the Chinchwad area, so we see a lot of the same delivery drivers every week. It’s a straightforward operation without any bells or whistles. We open the big rolling shutter early in the morning to let the light in and get started. It’s just a regular workday for us, trying to stay organized and get through the list of things that need doing before we head home.
