Our Pune office is in the Kumar Pragati building on NIBM Road. We are in Building E, Flat Number 501. Kondhwa is a busy part of the city, and there is always something happening on the main road. The building is quite nice, but our office inside is strictly for work. We have desks set up for the logistics team and a few chairs for visitors. We spend most of our day coordinating trucks and making sure deliveries are on time. It involves a lot of shouting across the room sometimes when things get busy. The view from the fifth floor is actually quite good; you can see a lot of the neighborhood. We keep a stash of biscuits and tea bags in the small pantry area. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the job. We don't have any polished marble or fancy lighting. It is just tube lights and sturdy furniture. The lift in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hours, so we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a local feel. We handle a lot of logistics queries and paperwork every day. It is a steady place to work, and we have a good routine going.
