Sadhana Properties Llp is located in Pune, specifically over in Magarpatta City. We’ve got an office on the 9th floor of the Roystonea Bldg No. N, flat 902. Being in Hadapsar means we are right in the middle of a lot of growth. We spend most of our time looking out the windows at all the new construction happening around us. It’s a decent place to work from, even if waiting for the elevator takes forever sometimes. We handle property stuff for people who are usually quite stressed about moving or investing. Our team is small, and we don't bother with fancy presentations. We just sit down with a laptop and show people what’s available in the area. Magarpatta is a big place, so we end up walking around a lot to check on different sites. We’ve been here for a bit now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s mostly just us answering emails and checking documents to make sure everything is legal and correct. We don’t make things sound better than they are. If a place has bad plumbing or messy paperwork, we’ll probably tell you. That’s just how we operate. It’s more about being practical and helping people get what they need without a lot of fuss.
