We are located in Shop No 3 at Sameer Plaza, which is right in the MIDC area on Telco Road. Being near Tharmax Chowk means there's always a lot of activity around us. It's a heavy industrial zone, so the vibe is always busy and a bit dusty sometimes. We’ve been operating out of Plot Gp-72 for a while now. The shop isn't very large, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Most of our day is spent dealing with people from the surrounding factories and workshops. Chinchwad East is a tough place to work because it's so crowded, but it’s good for business. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. It's just a practical space where we handle our daily transactions. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we have something, we tell you, and if we don't, we see when we can get it. There's a lot of competition around here, but we just focus on our own work. Sometimes the roads get blocked with trucks, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’re just regular people trying to run a shop in a busy industrial belt. It’s not always easy, but we’ve made a decent go of it so far. We keep our doors open and just get on with it, day in and day out. There's no big mystery to it, just hard work and being present in the shop whenever someone needs us.
