We're over here on Karve Road in the Upendra society. People know where we are because it's a pretty familiar spot in Pune. It's just a regular space where we do our daily work. It gets quite busy on the streets outside sometimes, especially during rush hour, but we stay focused on what needs doing. We've been around for a bit, just a small team trying to keep things moving along. Most days are about the little details and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We don't have fancy offices or anything like that. It's just a functional space. Sometimes the traffic noise is loud, but you get used to it after a while. We just handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes. It's about getting the work done without making a big fuss. Neighbors drop by now and then to say hello. We've got our routine down. It’s not anything too complicated, just honest work. Everyone here knows their job and what they are supposed to do. We try to keep it simple and just be helpful where we can. If you're looking for us, look for the society building near the main road. It's a decent place to be. We're just regular people working in Pune city and we like being part of the local area. There's always something to do, so we stay pretty occupied. We don't spend much time talking about ourselves because the work takes up most of the day anyway. That's just how we operate.
