We’ve been here in the Pooman Building for a while. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just us doing our thing. Samarthnagar has changed over the years, but we’re still at Survey No 74. People know where to find us. Usually, it's just a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on what needs doing today. It’s a small team, really. Most of us have been around for quite a bit. We know the neighbors. You stop by, you'll see a couple of desks and maybe some tea being served. It’s practical here. No big corporate meetings or long speeches about goals. We just get the tasks on the desk finished and go home to our families in Pune. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into the lane. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a simple nameplate so people know they're at the right place. It works for us. The walk up to the office is pretty standard. Nothing special. We’ve seen the area grow quite a bit lately. More shops opening up near us. The rain sometimes leaks a bit near the window when it's heavy, but we just move the folders. It’s those little things that make it feel like a real place rather than a showroom. We aren't trying to be fancy.
