S Y Ranade

You can find us at Anujit Apartment, right across from Kamla Nehru Park. It is a nice part of Deccan Gymkhana and quite central for most people in the city. We have been operating out of Flat No 3 for some time now. It is an older building but it has a lot of character and stays cool in the summer. Most days it is just us working through files and talking to folks who stop by for advice or help. S Y Ranade started this place as a way to help people with their paperwork and various local needs. We do not have a big neon sign or anything like that on the street. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood. The park across the street is a good landmark if you are coming to visit for the first time. We try to keep things simple here. There are no big corporate meetings, just sitting down at the table and getting things sorted. Sometimes the traffic in Deccan gets a bit much, especially in the evenings when everyone is out, but we are used to the noise by now. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of documents and old ledgers. We make sure to take a break for chai when we can. It is a quiet way to run a business and we like being part of the local scene here. If you need something, you just ring the bell. We might be busy with someone else, but someone will eventually come to the door and see what you need.
